Getting Started

From partner registration to your first monitored endpoint: approval, the onboarding wizard, and where your API key lives.

AegisWhite is sold through partners: you resell security monitoring to your own customers under your own brand, at your own prices. This guide takes you from a fresh registration to a working, branded portal.

Create and activate your account

    Register

    Sign up at portal.aegiswhite.com/partner/register with your company details.

    Verify your email

    Click the verification link we send you. Unverified registrations are never activated.

    Wait for approval

    New partner accounts are reviewed before activation. You will be notified by email. Until then the portal shows a pending screen.

    Complete the onboarding wizard

    On first login a five-step checklist walks you through account details, branding, your portal domain, WHMCS connection and a test provision.

Your portal domain

Every partner gets a dedicated portal domain (a subdomain of portal.aegiswhite.com, or your own custom domain once configured; see White-Label Setup). Your customers sign in there, and your API calls go there too: the API is served from your portal domain, not a shared central host.

Your API key

The onboarding wizard issues your partner API key, and you can regenerate it any time under Settings → WHMCS Integration. The key is shown once. Store it in your WHMCS module configuration (or your own integration) immediately. Regenerating invalidates the previous key.

New accounts start in sandbox mode, so you can test provisioning end-to-end without real scans. It switches off when onboarding completes. See Troubleshooting & Sandbox.
