Endpoint Monitoring

Every endpoint (a server or IP address) is scanned from the outside daily, and every open port is judged against the Allowed Ports list. Anything nobody approved becomes an alert with copy-and-paste fix commands, and it closes itself once the port stays shut. The firewall map is included. How endpoint monitoring works

Dark Web Domain Monitoring

Each domain is checked every 24 hours against a breach-intelligence dataset, and again when the data provider reports new records. The check returns leaked credential records in three groups, the organization's own staff, its customers and third parties, plus dark-web posts that name the domain. No proof of ownership is needed. Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to install anything?

No. Scanning runs on the platform's own infrastructure against your server's public address, and it is read-only: it sees what answers on a port and never logs in or changes anything. The one optional piece of software is the firewall collector, a small script that reads a server's firewall rules so the firewall map can be drawn, and those rules can be pasted in by hand instead.

How often are my servers scanned?

Once a day for the full sweep of all 65,535 ports, with a lighter pass between sweeps every 5 to 30 minutes, by plan. You can also trigger a scan yourself, once per endpoint per hour.

What do I pay for my own servers?

Endpoint monitoring is a plan, by card and month to month: Starter at $19 a month for up to 10 endpoints, Professional at $49 for up to 50, Business at $179 for up to 250. Dark web domain monitoring is $4 per domain per month.

What do I pay, and what if nobody buys?

You pay wholesale, $1.50 per endpoint per month and $1.50 per domain per month, so 20 endpoints is $30 a month. There is no setup fee, no minimum and no contract, and each endpoint and domain is pro-rated for the time it was active. Nothing is owed before your first customer is active, and the rest of the terms are on the pricing page.

Do my customers ever see the name AegisWhite?

Only if you want them to. The portal runs on your own domain with your logo and colors, alert email carries your name and your support address for replies, and once you save your SMTP details it leaves from your own mail server. The platform's footer credit can be switched off.

Will this land on my support desk?

Your customers' questions come to you, because you own the relationship. Each alert is written to be acted on without help: it names the port, explains in plain language what it means, and carries copy-and-paste fix commands for UFW, iptables, AWS, GCP or Azure. From the partner console you can open a customer's dashboard exactly as they see it, and every entry and exit is written to the audit log.
